Currently, there are separate accounts on Instagram , tiktok and facebook, an Etsy shop, a partially built Wix website, and plans to launch a podcast and YouTube one day as well as create an online community. The goal is to create a unified online presence through comprehensive organization and simplification across all relevant accounts and platforms. The selected freelancer will conduct an audit of the client's current online assets and profiles. This includes evaluating accounts, pages, listings and content on Etsy, Wix, and any other relevant platforms. Duplicative or redundant information will be identified and either consolidated or removed. An overview structure and tagging system will then be implemented to organize all business-related information into a cohesive and coherent format. Individual platform accounts, like those for Etsy and Wix, may require restructuring as well. Navigation, menus and internal labeling should be revised for improved usability and brand consistency. Linking and cross-promoting between platforms The end goal is to establish a simplified, streamlined and well-organized online brand that maximizes the client's reach and makes operations more efficient. Project delivery will include a written summary of changes along with training on use of the new structures and workflows. May lead to further ongoing work should we work well together.
